Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director will ensure compliance with all applicable funding and revenue requirements; ensure workforce and community relationships are in place; oversee applicable resources; oversee implementation of quality assurance activities, evaluation activities, and established performance measurement requirements; and demonstrate leadership for the Department and within the organization and stakeholder community.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director will provide direction and guidance to administrative support employees and others as appropriate; and perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Public Health, Family Studies, Early Childhood Development, or another applicable field; a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience and 2 years work experience serving prenatal families, infants, toddlers, and/or families who are of high-risk populations; experience working with Native American communities; and experience and/or knowledge of reflective practice, mental health, and other family support approaches.
