Learn to plan and lead planting events across New Mexico while developing programs in new communities. Work with volunteers, staff, and partners to expand tree education efforts. Use design and presentation skills to create materials and train others on tree care, ecosystem benefits, and planting techniques. A key role is training volunteers to become Team Leaders in their communities. Frequent travel is required to ensure program success.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:

Train volunteers in proper planting techniques and coordinate tree giveaways, including planning and follow-up care. Maintain event procedures, design educational content, and document program successes. Plan hands-on planting events and support regional coordinators, stepping in as needed to lead plantings.
