Main Areas of Responsibility:
Treat First Program Therapist will identify clients in need of immediate stabilization services. The Therapist will provide time-limited visits, crisis intervention and parenting support to clients and families. Therapist will advise of rights and responsibilities, duty to report, privacy/confidentiality. Therapist will make determination of prelim diagnosis and provide short-term, solution-focused therapy services, conduct an intake assessment, and may also make referrals to programs/resources.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. Respond to all inquiries, Complete phone screening to determine if we can meet the needs described by the caller and. If the needs of the caller are beyond the service array All Faiths offers the therapist will assist the caller with referral resources and support as indicated.
2. Must follow the documentation and billing process for Treat First Program.
3. Obtain necessary information during the intake appointment from the child/youth and guardian/family and complete all necessary documentation.
