Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates high-quality training for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and community partners across New Mexico. This role conducts needs assessments, develops culturally responsive curricula, delivers group workshops and one-on-one instructional support, and ensures all training aligns with WESST’s mission of expanding economic opportunity. Reports to the Chief Programs Officer, Regional Manager, or relevant supervisor.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in education, business, professional development, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience · Has at least 3 years of experience in training, instruction, adult education, business education, or professional development · Demonstrates strong facilitation and communication skills · Is able to design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality training for diverse adult learners - more info at wesst.org/careers

Salary Range: 
Full-time, exempt position offering a salary range of $60,000-$70,000.
