Main Areas of Responsibility:
To oversee all training activities in a timely, efficient and collaborative manner. This includes organizing ongoing training activities; updating & developing new training materials as needed; and supporting efforts related to CHW certification in New Mexico. Over time, the Specialist will provide support to train lead trainers for the Rosebud program.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Specialist may be responsible for direct reports in the future (he or she will not have direct reports at the time of hire). Although COPE does not provide direct services to patients, COPE works directly with all Service Units of Navajo Nation, including more than 80 community health workers, 12 health facilities and hundreds of health providers.
