Training Coordinator Assistant (Work Study - UNM/NMSU/Highlands)

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Applicants MUST be UNM, NMSU, or NM Highlands University students with a work study award. Primary Duties: • Assist Project Coordinator with CNPE’s regular nonprofit capacity building trainings; • Assist with database maintenance and keep CNPE email list up to date; • Assist with website editing and adding content. This position requires 10-12 hours/week.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Required Knowledge, Skill, and/or Abilities: • Attention to detail (Most of this postition's duties are related to our CiviCRM database. Attention to detail is key to this position.); • Proficient with Microsoft Office 2010; • Clear communication and writing skills; • Ability to work with diverse groups on projects; • Interest in the nonprofit community in New Mexico and capacity building content

Other Information/Requirements: 

Preferred Knowledge, Skill, and/or Abilities: • Familiarity with and experience using database software; • Experience working or volunteering with a nonprofit organization; • Participation in coursework relevant to nonprofit management
