Training and Outreach Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The manager’s primary responsibilities will be to lead and implement Community Health Programs, in partnership with the Navajo Nation and Tribal Health facilities, particularly related to integrating Community Health Workers (CHW) into local health systems.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The manager will oversee COPE’s initiatives related to health systems strengthening with a range of external stakeholders. The manager will directly supervise Training and Outreach staff, including 2-3 direct reports at the time of hire. The manager will be responsible for administrative and financial oversight and grant management, as well as supervision, mentorship and professional development for the Training and Outreach Team.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The manager will also work closely with COPE Programs, including locally based staff from Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Partners In Health – COPE’s partner organizations.
