Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work Administration, Business or related field. Work experience may be substituted for degree.
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in classroom facilitation and training and development
• Current New Mexico driver’s license.
• Must be over age 21 for insurance purposes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent in PowerPoint and Publisher
• Strong management skills
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Develop, Coordinate and implements trainings. Assist with development of Procedures. Travel to sites within New Mexico to asses needs and develop trainings to respond to those needs. Create process flows for organization. Conduct on-going training. Speak at functions as an organizational representative.
