Training and Development Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Training and Development Manager primary responsibilities will be to manage, organize and coordinate CSVANW’s trainings and events on domestic violence and sexual assault in New Mexico's tribal communities in a timely, efficient and collaborative manner.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Position is responsible for providing leadership in the development, training/event coordination, and evaluation of the CSVANW’s training efforts. Specific focuses include leading the ongoing efforts of conducting member training needs analyses, instructional design, curriculum development and performance improvement solutions that support the mission, goals, and objectives of CSVANW.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience, preferably working in a non-profit capacity or with tribal programs. An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience may be substituted. Position is full-time till September 30, 2016; continuation beyond September 30, 2016 is dependent on grant funds. Native preference applies. $45k per year plus full employer paid benefits and a generous leave package.
