Main Areas of Responsibility:
-Plan logistics for group tours, daily offerings, school groups, etc.
-Lead the tours offered at Ghost Ranch.
-Recruit, train, and schedule Tour Guides.
-Provide coaching and feedback for Tour Guides. Uphold tour quality.
-Handle email queries, correspondence, cancellations, and refunds.
-Prepare monthly income reports, monitor budget, and keep accurate records.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Coordinate logistics with groups of varying sizes, including over 50 people. This includes booking tours via an online booking system and troubleshooting individualized needs.
-Drive a 14-passenger bus or a 10-passenger van while narrating the tour.
-Maintain tour vehicles.
-Partner with the Director of Experiences to explore new revenue opportunities.
