Toddler Classroom Assistant

Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Support lead teachers, assist supervising children. Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment. Engage with children through positive interactions, encouraging curiosity and independence
Communicate effectively with parents. Follow all safety protocols. Support classroom management strategies that foster respectful behavior and emotional regulation among young children

Other Information/Requirements: 

Prior experience working with children. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first or able to obtain upon hire. Ability to adhere to mandated reporting laws. Demonstrated patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for working with young children in a nurturing environment. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
