Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Therapists at RCCCNM provide professional therapy for survivors of sexual violence, including sexual assault, abuse, and incest and to others impacted by these issues.
Provide individual, family and group therapy for survivors.
Provide assessment and treatment planning for survivors.
Provide case management, case coordination, referrals and advocacy.
Provide court testimony when necessary, including expert witness testimony.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Participate in weekly group consultation/ supervision clinical meetings with other RCCCNM therapists.
Respect and maintain a high standard of confidentiality for all clients and cases served by RCCCNM.
Engage in ongoing evaluation of services and treatment modalities.
Receive training and continuing education as recommended by RCCCNM and as necessary to maintain licensure, professional development and integrity.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements:
Education, Experience, and State of New Mexico Licensure:
Masters degree and Licensure in Counseling (LPCC, LPC, LMHC), Art Therapy
(LPAT), Social Work (LMSW, LISW), or related discipline. At least one year of
experience working with survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Independent license preferred.
Required attendance to the 40 hr RCCCNM Advocacy Training.
