Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under general supervision of the Clinical Director, therapists at RCCCNM provide professional therapy for survivors of sexual violence, including sexual assault, abuse, and incest and to others impacted by these issues. The therapist provides case coordination and advocacy for survivors by interfacing with various systems including employers, legal/court system, family/friends, medical, school, etc.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s degree and New Mexico Licensure in Counseling (LPCC, LPC, LMHC), Art Therapy (LPAT), Social Work (LMSW, LISW), or related discipline. At least one year of experience working with survivors of sexual assault and abuse. Maintain licensing and continuing education per RCCCNM needs and professional standards. Complete the RCCCNM Advocate Training
