Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under general supervision by Clinical Director, therapists at RCCCNM provide professional therapy for individuals impacted by sexual violence. Therapists provide short term, client centered, and clinical behavioral health treatment. Additional clinical work includes assessment for services, diagnosing, and working with community partners. Must work well with team members as intakes and case reviews are done as a team. Must be organized, trauma informed and flexible.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Master’s degree and current New Mexico licensure in Counseling (LPCC, LMHC) or Social Work (LMSW, LISW) needed. Independent licensure preferred. Experience working with survivors of sexual assault and abuse preferred. Successful applicants must complete the RCCCNM 40-hour Advocate Training. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
