Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This is a temporary position that starts on June 23, 2025, and ends on August 8, 2025. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to inspire engagement and create a vibrant learning atmosphere within our Summer School Age Program to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, fostering the intellectual and social development of students, and implementing effective teaching strategies.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must be professional, reliable, punctual, positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic about teaching our next generation. Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent; two years of qualified experience working with children. Preferred: CDC—Childhood Development Certification and bilingualism in English and Spanish.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The pay range starts at $16.00/$33,280 annually, DOE. Catholic Charities offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and PTO benefits and a 50% daycare discount at the Children’s Learning Center (based on availability).
