Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Promote clear communication
• Provide exceptional customer serve and be responsive to residents’ needs
• Review and record information in the communication log during shift
• Label, store and provide residents access to their medications per the Medication Handling policy
• Provide crisis intervention when needed
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Open and close the kitchen for meals as necessary
• Restock shelter supplies
• Provide resident transportation as needed
• Adhere to confidentiality policy for residents and of their records
• Record Donations
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as scheduled
• Be aware of emergency procedures
• Serve as back up for Intakes and Discharges
• Other duties as assigned
