Temporary Event Management Contractor

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Part-Time position through April 1, 2018. Contractor will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of CLNkids Annual Breakfast fundraiser to be held for Friday, March 30th, 2018.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties will include, but are not limited to: Marketing and promotion of event; Development of timeline and checklists for successfull event execution; Exploration of ways to increase revenues and opportunities for cost savings; Coordinate with Directors and Board members; Develop promotional communication pieces for event; Organize and attend all event planning meetings.

Other Information/Requirements: 

3-5 years experience in nonprofit special events with excellent written and verbal communication skills and high-level professionalism; Exceptionally organized; Ability to work independently while managing priorities; Able to handle stress and problem solve; Assist with post event meetings and report summary of event.
