Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Client Services and Reception Staff will handle client support activities; front desk reception tasks; manage facility room’s schedules; metrics/evaluation data collection; and all RGCDC client services duties as mutually agreed upon and deemed necessary for the betterment of the organization.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position will also have you open and close the SVEDC Center; assist, direct, and train clients; schedule use of shared training areas; set‐up and take‐down training rooms for various events; supervise Copy Center’s operations; supervise Parcel Center; answer phones, operate a switchboard; take and relay messages for organization and organization clients; answer inquiries about the organization; greet visitors warmly; and perform basic administrative and clerical duties.
