Main Areas of Responsibility:
The housing programs provide qualified citizens economic support in getting and keeping rental housing. These programs are both state and federally funded and thus rule driven. The applicant must be able to interview clients, and determine whether the client is qualified using existing state and federal guidelines.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
1. Be able to interview clients of varying age and social economic backgrounds.
2. Be able to input demographic information into specialized computer software.
3. Be able to attend specialized training.
4. Be able to complete data input and case management within specific and strict timelines.
5. Complete home visits.
6. Generate specialized invoicing.
7. Work a varying work scheduled as needed including weekends and evenings.
8. Become the subject matter expert in the housing program.
