Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Deliver High clinical quality standard Substance Abuse clinical services; Clinical duties include: 6 sessions per week of patient care, one day per week administrative duties to include participation in Project ECHO programs•Program reporting•Ensures that patients are receiving comprehensive care coordination;•Provide periodic educational updates and ensure that clinical guidelines are maintained and up-to-date with current evidence.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

•Request advice and assistance;to confer problems; Provide advice, assistance and information on the provision of patient care, quality improvement initiatives, and other areas under this area of responsibility.•Member of the primary care team•Leadership as a key member of the primary care team; •Member of Service Area/General Public

Other Information/Requirements: 

Nurse Practitioner with Addiction Medicine certification will be considered. Licenses and Certifications •Documentation of education, experience and licensure is required and must be maintained;•Current licensure for the state of New Mexico is required;•Board certified or board–eligible in specified area of medical specialty; board certification in Family Practice is recommended;•Federal DEA Certification; •NM State pharmacy license;•ACLS or CPR and First Aid certification;•Must be credentialed per LFMC procedures.
