Main Areas of Responsibility:
1. Become familiar with the objectives, policy guidelines, and other aspects of the HEP program
2. Administers student support to enrolled and prospective students, such as program placement, information sessions and orientations.
3. Provides coordination of program activities regarding transitional workshops related to career plans, employment preparation and college assistance.
4. Compiles and maintains lesson plans and attendance logs from instructors and tutors
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
5. Reviews and updates educational plans from all satellite sites weekly.
6. Ensures that materials are continuously assessed and upgraded.
7. Creates binders for students with calendar of scheduled classes, exams and/or upcoming events.
8. Assist in the planning, development, and coordination of special events.
9. Maintain current inventories of potential student placement sites and maintain student follow up records.
10. Track transitional services college, employment or military.
