Strategy Consulting Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Wellness Coalition is recruiting for a part time Strategy Consulting Coordinator to join our Nonprofit Resource Center team. We are looking for an energetic, curious professional with nonprofit experience who is able to work independently and accountably in a shared leadership environment.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

- Manage all aspects of strategy consulting including marketing, solicitation, assessment, work plan, contracts, consultant assigment, case coordination, and evaluation
- Provide direct consulting services to clients as needed

Other Information/Requirements: 

o 4-year degree required, advanced degree preferred
o 2 years or more experience working in the nonprofit sector
o Experience as a nonprofit consultant, coach or trainer strongly preferred
o Outstanding written and oral communication skills
o Team management/facilitation skills and cultural competence
o Sales and customer service experience helpful

How to Apply: 

This is a six months, 0.6 FTE part-time position with continuation dependent on funding. Position may turn full-time within a 12 months time frame.
