Strategic Giving Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Strategic Giving Manager is responsible for managing activities that help enhance donors' engagement with Roadrunner Food Bank. Works closely with other fundraising staff to ensure that donor tracking, cultivation, recognition and activities are integrated.

oDevelops a relationship management process for key stakeholders including corporations, foundations and select individuals
oDevelops and maintains a process for tracking key stakeholder interactions and activity
oPersonally manages relationships and solicitations of select donors
oCollaborates with Communications Officer on corporate publicity and cause-related marketing opportunities

Other Information/Requirements: 

Candidate must have: Bachelor's degree and three to four years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience; Three (3) years experience in a fundraising or marketing/sales function; Grant writing and reporting experience; Experience using a customer relationship management database; Demonstrated ability to manage donor or customer relationships; Excellent writing and organizational skills; and a Commitment to excellent customer service.
