Main Areas of Responsibility:
Dependable self-starter who is highly organized and detail oriented needed for our non-profit. Duties include ntering data in accounting software, determining payment and preparing information for approval. Printing checks, working with vendors on invoice matters, filing, assisting with GL entries, special accounting related projects as assigned.
Required: 3-5 years general accounting. Preferred: non-profit and accounting software experience.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assist Finance Director in reconciling balance sheet accounts including but not limited to bank accounts, fixed assets and depreciation, prepaid assets, and prepaid liabilities.
