Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Essential Functions
- Support the development of high-quality/effective pre-literacy instruction by strengthening language structures
- Ensure that children are able to detect and produce phonemes for auditory training
-Conduct baseline and repeat evaluations using assessments
- Create goals, document progress, write reports, and complete billing sheets
- Work with team to acquire and analyze diagnostic & assessment data
- Continuously monitor, track and analyze student achievement data

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology/Sciences or Communication Disorders
- New Mexico license to practice
- Ability to demonstrate clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide comprehensive treatment
- Strong interest in working with young children with hearing loss to develop listening and spoken language
