Main Areas of Responsibility:
Successfully achieve funding goals from donor accounts: must identify prospects, cultivate relationships, and provide service and recognition to donors. As part of the JA Staff, manages, organizes and executes golf tournaments, Gala Dinners and 'Bowl-a-thon' to meet the financial goal and ensures the events generate goodwill. Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Develops printed material and all necessary programs to promote the events.
•Working to improve events financial goal through developing new programs, or policies, procedures and time lines while working closely with committee/sponsors.
•Manages the tracking of revenues, invoicing, and expense and budget adjustments.
•Assist in the organization of other special events, helping manage event, logistics, timetables and execution of other special events as assigned to meet financial goals.
