Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Work with grassroots, grass tops, and policy makers to advocate for adoption and implementation of Ranked Choice Voting for the city of Las Cruces.
Plan educational events, facilitate trainings, recruit and manage volunteers.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum 2 years of experience in community organizing and advocacy campaigns
Passion for election reform and voting rights, with experience in these areas a plus
Familiarity with the legislative process with the Las Cruces City Council and municipal work
