Social Worker/Jewish Care Program

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Albuquerque seeks an experienced social worker for its Jewish Care Program. Duties: case management services for multigenerational clients; develop service plans in partnership with client and family; direct therapy; refer clients to other services; monitor progress. Part-time position (20 hours per week).

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s degree from school of Social Work, Counseling or Marriage & Family therapy. 2 yrs experience in behavioral health field. Experience in care coordination, referrals, advocacy. Familiarity with Jewish communal life/religious customs required. Experience with program development and fundraising/grant writing for social service/senior programs also a plus.
