Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Communities in Schools of New Mexico (CIS) is seeking a full time Site Coordinator to help redress student dropout in Santa Fe Public Schools. The Site Coordinator works in partnership with the school principal and leadership team to identify school-wide and individual student needs; linking the school, families and students with community services; and is responsible for the overall planning and management of CIS operations at his/her assigned school site.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bilingual Spanish/English required. Experience working with children and/or youth in an educational setting and strong interpersonal and organization skills are essential. Education requirements: Bachelor's degree and/or demonstrated relevant equivalent experience in social work or related field. Salary dependent on education and experience. Health insurance benefits offered with a generous organizational contribution.
