Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for receiving and stocking bulk products in warehouse and assisting partner agencies with distribution of food. Records and maintains inventory items in accordance with policies, procedures, standards and program guidelines. Assembles customer orders including placing items on pallets and conveying orders to staging station or shipping area. Reads and understanding production schedules, work orders, shipping or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered and distributed.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Completes forms, reports, and logs as required. Sorts and stores perishable goods in the proper refrigerated spaces. Operates forklifts and other pallet moving equipment as assigned. Assists in the maintenance and care of the facility and equipment.
