Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Determining the service needs of eligible residents
• Identifying and linking residents with services available in the community
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the supportive services
• Performing other functions to enable improved outcomes for each family or individual
• Conduct quarterly Financial Literacy seminars to residents
• English / Spanish Bilingual preferred
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends

Other Information/Requirements: 

A background of at least three years in a similar role providing financial literacy training, monitoring and procuring services. The role is flexible from 30-40 hours per week based on the availability of the applicant. At 32 hours per week the role is eligible for medical, dental & retirement benefits.
