Service Insights Support Specialist

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Roadrunner Food Bank is looking for a Service Insights Support Specialist to train users in a software system across the network that allows for an understanding of the obstacles and successes clients face. This position is responsible for training, troubleshooting and supporting the partner network. This position requires extensive in-state travel. If you are not available for several overnight travel days each month across the state, please do not apply.

Other Information/Requirements: 

•Minimum of two years of demonstrated success in training or adult education
•Ability to deliver presentations and reports that include technical information
•Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
•Experience troubleshooting software applications and functional issues at the client level.
