Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversee and manage community-based shared living homes in the Albuquerque Metro area. A Better Way of Living, Inc. provides services to people with developmental disabilities, and we are looking for someone to join our management team. Job duties include training and development of direct support staff, coordination of services for individuals, and overlap and consult with all medical and ancillary supports. This position is challenging, dynamic, and provides room for growth.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
