Service Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide service coordination and developmental services to infants and toddles ages birth to 3 years old and their families; work with children with developmental delays/disabilities & provide services in a home setting and in the community.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must be able to be part of a dynamic team with service cordinators, developmental specialist, speech and motor therapists.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Will consider part time employment for qualified individuals, perfer biingual in Spanish; EOE. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have early childhood experience and great organizational skills. Compettitive salary faboulous benefits for full time position.
