Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Senior Software Programmer will provide technical and team leadership to our Agile programming team, who together design, implement, and maintain desktop, web, and mobile applications. This senior role will see the “big picture,” create architectural approaches for software design and implementation, make high level decisions for software development and will guide the team. Experience in design and an ability to develop a unified vision for our software is desired.

Proactively engage and contribute to team efforts in designing, implementing, deploying, and improving multiple programs and services which integrate globally to fulfill our mission, Work closely with the Technology Development leadership in a team environment, to help define and implement our system design and technical standards, Craft high-level and detailed software designs based on requirements and follow through to implementation and unit test.
