Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Position requires extensive grant writing experience including private, federal, state and city funding sources. Not only will the position be responsible for the major grant writing but maintain reporting and assist in development activities when major funding events occur.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Ability to support development team in Special Fundraising events (3 per year)
• Reporting to funding entities on progress, ability to manage time effictively
• Passion for the homeless/mentally ill population and ability to translate that into effective grant writing

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Great attention to detail
• BA required in marketing or similar position
• At least 3 years experience writing grants
