Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Sr. Director of Finance is responsible for the financial administration of NDI, including oversight of all finance, accounting, and reporting activities. This role leads the finance department and works collaboratively with the executive leadership team to provide education, training, and best practices to support program operations.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Sr. Director of Finance will prepare, analyze, and interpret periodic financial reports for management information, decision making and facilitate annual audits of the organization’s financials and lead the budget preparation and synchronizing activities.

The Sr. Director is a member of NDI’s executive leadership team and reports to the Executive Director, while leading a department of three.
