Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under the direction of the Chief Impact Officer (CIO), the Senior Director of Community Impact’s primary responsibility is to support the development and growth of Rising Together’s strategies, with a strong focus on collaborative change projects and grantmaking.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Leadership & Operational Management
o Provide overall leadership and management of assigned Rising Together initiatives to achieve their stated goals.
• Project Management & Continuous Quality Improvement
o Develop and monitor long-range goals, objectives, strategies, action plans, and performance measures.
• Community Engagement
o Develop and cultivate relationships with community stakeholders.
