Senior Adult Education Manager, Mission: Graduate

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Sr. Adult Education Manager will oversee and coordinate the work of Mission: Graduate’s adult-focused educational attainment strategy, which includes oversight of the “Graduate! ABQ” initiative, housed at New Mexico Workforce Connection Central Region. The Manager will also work closely with the Executive Director of Mission: Families to develop educational pathways and support for parents and families receiving services through resource hubs developed and supported by Mission: Families.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Perform all duties for the implementation of the Adults Transitions to College project plan. Work with Director of Continuous Improvement on performance measures and evaluation process for the project plan. Maintain relationships with staff from local institutions of higher education to ensure effective warm handoff of Graduate! ABQ clients. Support integration of adult-focused educational attainment strategies into the work of Mission: Families, particularly as new resource hubs are developed and launched.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two or more years of project management experience. At least three years of experience in postsecondary advising. Experience conducting case management. Experience working in a community outreach and/or engagement capacity. Experience utilizing continuous quality improvement (CQI) processes and methodology. Spanish language proficiency.
