Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position requires expertise in administrative, supervisory and accounting functions. Responsible for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, nontaxable transactions certificates, general ledger accounting utilizing the MIP accounting software application. Assists with annual budget preparation analysis, prepares requested work papers and documentation for the annual financial audit.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for accurate recording of daily receipts and invoices into general ledger, monthly balance sheet review and related account reconciliations. Reconciles monthly bank statements to general ledger. Responsible for payroll and insurance processing. Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and ensure accurate payroll deductions. Prepares journal entries and analysis for month end close process, including P&L review. Coordinates annual budgeting process.
