Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for greeting people who enter the building with or without an application, determine their business and refer to correct staff person. Handling incoming phone calls, including hotline calls during the day,a and refers crisis cases and calls to appropriate staff.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Screens calls for Executive Director and HR/Operations Manager. Provide clerical assistance to supervisors as needed. Maintains that the security alarm systems of building is operating at all times. Prepares Staff Meeting agendas and takes minutes of monthly meetings.
