Provides individual, group, and family psychotherapy to high school students during the school day. Addresses emotional, behavioral, and social challenges—including early trauma, substance use, and family stress—that impact students’ academic achievement and overall wellbeing. Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Clinical Services
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students, including crisis intervention.
Conduct intake assessments, diagnoses, and treatment/service plans for referred
students.
Develop and implement evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions.
Observe students in various school settings and formulate goals and objectives
tailored to their needs.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s Degree in Counseling. Valid New Mexico independent clinical license (LPCC or LCSW) OR LMSW/LMHC/. LMFT working toward independent licensure with supervision. Ability to obtain a NM Public Education Department license as a School Counselor within 60 days of hire. 2–3 years’ experience providing direct counseling or social work services to adolescents and families.
