Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This individual will provide case management and some clinical services to families experiencing homelessness; assists with application/intake process,conducts educational assessment, social assessment and problem identification;

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Interfaces with staff, volunteers, and with outside agencies and organizations as appropriate and necessary for providing service and coordination of care for residents’ needs; keeps appropriate documentation of case management activities while maintaining legal and ethical requirements regarding resident confidentiality; assists in keeping the issues of homelessness before the community.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s degree in human service field preferred; bachelor degree required. Preference given for current New Mexico licensure such as LMSW, LISW LPCC, LPC or equivalent. Minimum of four years case management experience. Strong clinical background and experience working with homeless is highly desirable. Familiarity with Albuquerque social services and community resources preferred. Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) preferred. Ability to lift 20 lbs.
