Main Areas of Responsibility:
Reception at Santa Fe Office; general office administration; operations; facilities management, assistance with membership development functions; volunteer management; direct mail campaigns and mail processing; data entry and management of contact relationship management (CRM) database; data import, export and reporting; responding to public inquiries; assistance with special event planning and coordination; preparing donor acknowledgement letters.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assisting development and Santa Fe staff with copying, filing, computer technical support; assuring computer system backups; phone banking; contacting donors; proofreading administrative and fundraising documents; maintaining clean and tidy office; troubleshooting facility issues and calling/working with service technicians; reordering supplies and fundraising collateral; running errands, assisting board members with administrative and fundraising functions.
