Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

NDI New Mexico is hiring for a full-time Santa Fe Development Director. The successful candidate will be an experienced and energizing addition to the Development Team that includes new talents and focus, and will translate our mission and passion in serving the children of New Mexico to donors, prospects and friends of NDI New Mexico.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for procuring major individual gifts and managing the legacy giving program; secure gift commitments by developing and executing personalized engagement plans for prospects in his/her portfolio; partners with other staff and volunteers as appropriate; building the legacy giving program and will help devise legacy giving options for prospects in the portfolios of other Development Team members. T

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have a minimum of five years experience in major and legacy gifts, and will be proficient in Outlook, word processing, fundraising software (SAGE) and spreadsheets. The candidate will possess a keen work ethic, a high standard of excellence in their job performance, a commitment to long-term relationship building, and a desire to work in a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.
