Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Santa Fe Community Outreach & Partnership Manager’s primary purpose is to be a thought partner with community stakeholders and staff, setting strategic direction using grassroots, community-driven solutions, working with a highly collaborative team to address disparities in north central New Mexico around educational attainment and family stability in order to successfully help each person reach their potential.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This is a dynamic position with responsibility for leading external and internal community-led and community-based projects, grants, and initiatives related to identifying and removing barriers community members face by using data, storytelling and community wisdom to guide this work.

Other Information/Requirements: 

•Bachelor’s degree in social work, family studies, human services, education, communications, psychology, or a related field.
•Five years’ experience in community organizing, education, social work, youth development, human services, or other related field.

Salary Range: 
$50,000 - $55,000 salary per year dependent upon experience, 35 hours per week FTE (Full Time Employee).
