Main Areas of Responsibility: 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Sandoval County Coordinator develops relationships and impact projects with local community members related to the impact initiatives of educational success, family stability, and community investments. They also dedicate some hours to the Corporate Relations Team during the fall campaign. In all functions, Coordinators represent UWCNM in the assigned county or counties. The Sandoval County Coordinator will work with the rural parts of Sandoval County.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Collaborate with area agencies to identify key needs of residents and gaps in services; investigate and develop rural, collaborative grant opportunities from foundations and government.
Host informational or fundraising events to connect community members with UWCNM
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Live in and/or have an established history in Sandoval County; at least three years’ experience with government, nonprofit organization(s), education institution, and/or businesses in that local county area.

Other Information/Requirements: 

SALARY RANGE: Hourly Rate of $22 - $23.35, 35 hours per week; UWCNM pays 50% of employee health and dental premiums for the first two years of employment and 100% after, matches 403(b) contributions up to 3% and has a generous vacation and sick leave policy.
