Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under direction of the IT Manager, the Salesforce Administrator will provide support to the ministry through the customization (declarative and programmatic) and configuration of the Salesforce platform. The position will manage the Salesforce.com database and reporting, and provide training and support to users. The Salesforce Administrator will provide administrative support and coordinate related projects as assigned.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Salesforce Administration: Finish coding and maintain IBM i5 to Salesforce synchronization server. Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Maintain and customize Sales Cloud applications. Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce.com end users.
