Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under direction of the IT Manager, the Salesforce Administrator will provide support to the ministry through the customization (declarative and programmatic) and configuration of the Salesforce platform. The position will manage the Salesforce.com database and reporting, and provide training and support to users. The Salesforce Administrator will provide administrative support and coordinate related projects as assigned.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Salesforce Administration: Finish coding and maintain IBM i5 to Salesforce synchronization server. Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Maintain and customize Sales Cloud applications. Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows. Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce.com end users. Other Information/Requirements: 

Required: 2-3 years’ experience in Salesforce administration. 4 year degree in business or other pertinent field or commensurate experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand, apply and use personal computing devices and software applications including declarative and programmatic skills in Salesforce, Power Point, Excel, Office 365/Skype, and Word.
Preferred: MySQL, Apex and Java coding experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification. See FCBH site for more.
