Sales Support Specialist I supports virtual and onsite blood drives by coordinating logistics, engaging drive coordinators, and boosting donor participation and retention. The role assists with donor recruitment, maintains accurate records, ensures compliance with SOPs and regulations, supports training and special projects, delivers excellent customer service, and collaborates with field and cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
