Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The National Senior Games Association (NSGA) is a nonprofit Multi-Sports Council member that promotes health and wellness for adults 50 and over through education, fitness and sport. Albuquerque has been selected as the 17th host city for this event. Approximately 10,000 athletes are expected to participate in 20 sports at the 2019 National Senior Games, presented by Humana from June 14-25, 2019.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The candidate will have proven experience in successful sales development and project coordination. Develop, manage and secure sales of exhibition booths and advertisements for the 2019 National Senior Games. Provide excellent service to recruit partners and implement sales campaigns to enhance successful partnerships, resulting in sponsorships and revenue support. Must build relationships effectively with partners, volunteers, paid staff, and athletes up to completion of the 2019 NSG Games.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Identify and recruit businesses for booth exhibitions
• Develop advertising plan
• Solicit advertising opportunities, securing interested parties and signed contracts
• Maintain records, contracts and other deliverables
• Develop a sales plan
• Execute contracts to track results of sales efforts, invoicing, and collection
• Assist with the creation of the Event Guide
• Ensure the needed deliverables (ad graphics, load in and out of vendors, etc.)
• Conduct an event After Action Report
